Welcome

Neighborhood Maps and Scheduling Below

Please note:
Schedules: The dates provided below are intended to help give a ballpark estimate of when to expect work to be done. The dates are contingent on fair weather and the grace of God to be accurate. Please be patient if dates have to change because of circumstances out of our control.  Notices will be handed out prior to work and will have the most accurate dates.

All homes will get a notice prior to chip or microsurfacing on your street with the latest dates and expected length of work time. If you need to know exactly when a crew will be on your street, you can call the crew supervisor listed on your notice and they will do their best to help.

Process: Pavement preservation is not "paving" as most people understand it. It is a process that requires sealing cracks, patching failed pavement areas, and sealing the pavement with a liquid asphalt resurfacer/sealer, in this case a polymer-modified slurry mix called micro surfacing. The micro surfacing cannot be driven on until it's dry which can take several hours. Be sure to look over the Process section to learn about the process and how to avoid any issues. Watch the video about how slurry surfacing systems like micro surfacing are installed here

NOTE: Some roads will also be chip sealed before the micro surfacing in order to give it extra durability. These roads are marked on the map in purple. Watch a video about the chip seal process here .

ALL TIMELINES BELOW WILL BE UPDATED AS NECESSARY.
